I have been working as an art teacher until 2010 and since 1994 I have developed an artistic creation all around the thread. First, my embroideries on fabric always in osmosis with the vegetal world, are recreating this universe dear to my childhood.

In my work in three dimensions, thread now free of its traditional medium, I explore the diversity to use it.Metamorphosis and transformation either linked to the use of materials or to the evolution of animal and vegetal world are the foundation upon which my work is built.

The lure as a strategy of defence or seduction, developed by large varieties of fauna and flora, questions us about the relationship to reality in various fields.

Mimetic has its roots in the survival instinct.

Confrontation between an artificial and natural world: how can this antagonism develop harmony? How can they be reconciled? These are questions which I attempt to answer.

Imaginary transports us in a world in complete mutation. Memory of childhood: when the fantastic, the improbable and wonder are next to reality, they are creating a mysterious world where humour participates in the transcendence of elements.

The recovery of materials and their transformation by different techniques are a part of this growing process. Through the different themes, they make us think about the development of our environment and our origins.

As an integral part of our memory, belonging to the past they are also the components of our future.
